Who we are
These terms apply to purchases from the Mobirexs online store, operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Product listings, prices in AED, and stock can change until your order is confirmed.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price error is obvious, payment fails, or we cannot verify the order. You will be notified and any captured payment will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are in UAE Dirhams and delivery across the UAE is free. We accept Cash on Delivery only: you pay the courier in cash when the order arrives, so please have the exact amount ready. Coupon codes are entered at checkout and reduce the amount you pay on delivery.
Delivery
Typical UAE delivery is 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed. Same-day Dubai delivery may be offered when we confirm it for that order — it is not guaranteed for every order. Please check our Shipping Policy for current timings.
Warranty and condition
Brand-new devices are sold as described, with manufacturer warranty where the brand provides it. Pre-owned or graded devices follow the condition notes on the product page. Please inspect the item on delivery.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition, as explained on the Returns & Refunds page. Activated lines, missing accessories, liquid damage, or items past 7 days are not eligible unless the device is defective.
Exchange estimates
Online trade-in figures are estimates only. The final value is confirmed after we inspect the device in person. An estimate is not a guaranteed purchase price.

Limitation
To the extent allowed by UAE law, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, payment providers, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
